Shipping Policy

1.Order Processing Time 

We aim to despatch all orders 3-5 working days after receipt of purchase to the address details given. Any delays outside of this timeframe will be advised by email. Despatch days are typically Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are not despatched at weekends or local/public holidays. 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping/postal charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

UK orders - order value up to £160 you can choose Royal ail Tracked 24 (express 1-2 day delivery) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard 2-4 day delivery). Orders over £160 sent Royal Mail Special Delivery

International orders - sent tracked shipping via courier. Delivery estimated at 5-20 business days but may be longer due to Customs clearance which is outside of our control. 

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking 

You will received shipping confirmation and the relevant tracking numbers once the order has been despatched. 

For UK orders - if after 10 business days there has been no update on the tracking, or no delivery please get in touch by email to cheryl@dragonascensiontherapies.co.uk and we will investigate on your behalf. 

For International orders - if there is no movement on the tracker after 20 business days please contact us by email at cheryl@dragonascensiontherapies.co.uk and we will investigate on your behalf.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Preloved Crystals - Dragon Ascension Therapies are not responsible for any customs import fees or taxes applied to your order after despatch. All fees added after despatch/shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

5. Damages 

For any orders that are received damaged please get in touch by email at cheryl@dragonascensiontherapies.co.uk 

6. EU shipments - currently on hold

Please note that due to changes in regulations 13th December 2024 we are not currently taking orders from customers within the EU. As and when this changes the website will be updated to reflect this. You can contact us by email to discuss or for further clarification.
